Welcome to SolClash. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging in, creating an account, or otherwise using SolClash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SolClash. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

SolClash is not available in jurisdictions where blockchain-based gaming or token rewards are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

3. User Accounts

• You may log in using Google, GitHub, or Discord. You are responsible for the security of your linked account.
• A Solana wallet is automatically created for you upon registration. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet's private key and seed phrase.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or reward systems will result in immediate account termination.
• SolClash reserves the right to modify game mechanics, scoring, and reward structures at any time.

5. $GOLD Tokens & Rewards

$GOLD tokens are earned through gameplay and may be redeemable for SOL as described in the platform. Please note:

• $GOLD tokens have no guaranteed monetary value and are subject to change.
• Reward distributions, prize pools, and exchange rates may be modified at SolClash's discretion.
• Token earnings do not constitute financial advice or investment products.
• SolClash is not responsible for losses due to market volatility, wallet errors, or technical failures.

6. Deposits & Purchases

• SOL deposits made to your in-app wallet are used to purchase picks, battle passes, and other items.
• All purchases are final. No refunds are provided unless required by applicable law.
• We are not responsible for failed transactions due to network congestion or wallet errors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SolClash — including graphics, game assets, logos, and software — is the property of SolClash or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

SolClash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or the preservation of any in-game data or assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolClash and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of tokens, funds, or data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes where practicable.
