When you use SolClash, we may collect the following information:

• Account data — your name, email address, and profile picture obtained from your OAuth provider (Google, GitHub, or Discord).
• Wallet data — your Solana wallet public key, transaction history, and balances associated with your in-app wallet.
• Gameplay data — scores, battle points, game attempts, selected bird, and leaderboard rankings.
• Session data — cookies and session identifiers used to keep you logged in.
• Usage data — page visits, feature interactions, and error logs for improving the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To operate gameplay, calculate rewards, and display leaderboards.
• To process SOL deposits and $GOLD token distributions.
• To send transactional communications (e.g. OTP codes for email login).
• To detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.
• To improve platform performance and user experience.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Google Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

Your Solana wallet private key is stored in encrypted form. We never expose your private key through any API response or interface.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google OAuth, GitHub OAuth, Discord OAuth — identity verification for login.
• Solana blockchain — public ledger for on-chain transactions. Blockchain data is public by nature.
• SendGrid — email delivery for OTP codes and notifications.
• Helius RPC — Solana RPC provider for reading and submitting transactions.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies & Sessions

SolClash uses cookies to maintain your login session. These are HTTP-only, secure cookies that do not track you across other websites. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will log you out of the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@sol-clash.xyz. Note that on-chain transaction data on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted as it is immutable.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated off-chain data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
